Evelynn's success transferring to university

Currently pursuing a double-major in Anthropology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria, Evelynn spent four semesters at 玛雅视频app in the University Transfer program.听

Evelynn sitting outdoors, in front of the Na'tsa'maht gathering place, holding a white 50th anniversary 玛雅视频app tumbler and smiling for the camera.

"I liked being able to try out different classes to see which subjects I really liked (or didn鈥檛) to help me figure out what I wanted to pursue academically. Being able to take a lot of the required first and second year courses at 玛雅视频app was incredibly helpful because the cost wasn鈥檛 as much as university. I had truly amazing instructors and with the smaller class sizes my instructors actually got to know me. I really loved my courses.听

The quality of education I received at 玛雅视频app was phenomenal. I knew the cost of 玛雅视频app was less than at university but it was an equivalent education."

"I feel my education at 玛雅视频app really set me up to succeed."

- Evelynn O'Hara

"When I started at university I had no doubts that I would be able to follow along in my courses, thanks to the education I received at 玛雅视频app. Had I not had that, I鈥檇 be having a harder time."
